Article 10 The technical facilities and equipment for the establishment of community and rural digital cinemas (halls) and digital film projection systems used for mobile digital film projection must conform to the Provisional Technical Requirements for Digital Film Mobile Projection System promulgated by the State Administration of Radio, Television and Television (Guangfa Technical Words [2005] 532).

 

 

 

Article 11 Projectors, broadcasting equipment and sound systems for digital cinemas (halls) and mobile digital cinemas (halls) in communities and rural areas shall also meet the following standards:

 

 

 

(1) The resolution of the projector used shall be greater than or equal to 1024*768; the nominal brightness shall be greater than or equal to 4000 ANSI lumens, and the sequence contrast shall be greater than or equal to 1000:1; the projector shall have digital interfaces including DVI and other digital interfaces, including HDCP encryption protocols, in which DVI Digital interfaces refer to DVI-D or DVI-I, excluding DVI-A; and the projector projector shall have screens according to actual needs. The ability to mask or delete some unnecessary interfaces.

 

 

 

(2) The time rate of digital movie streaming release should be 24.000 grids per second for the broadcasting equipment used for digital film projection; the MPEG-2 algorithm should be used for image compression, and the average bit rate of the image should be 20 Mb/s; the 128-bit AES algorithm is recommended for encrypting and protecting program files; and the broadcasting equipment should have local link protection function. (3) In the audio system of digital film projection equipment, dual-channel stereo mode is used for mobile projection in rural areas and communities, and 5.1 channel mode is used for indoor projection.

 

 

 

(4) Air-conditioning and fire-retardant seats shall be installed for indoor projection.
